Shipping & Delivery
Postage and packaging costs are added to the ordering stage. All orders are posted first class or recorded delivery. As a general rule postage and packing is between £2.50 - £6.00 depending on the weight of the item. All jewellery item ordered from zoejewel will arrive wrapped in tissue paper or in a satin pouch in Jiffy bag.We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving your funds, outside the UK, delivery time approximately 10 days. We cannot be held liable for any delivery delays resulting from Royal Mail industrial action, i.e. a strike.zoejewel.com does not ship to P.O Boxes if you haven't received your order, please email zoejewel.com

We are totally committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and customers. We fully appreciate and respect the importance of privacy on the Internet. We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is a necessary part of providing a service to you - e.g. arranging for a product to be sent to you. Any customer information collected will be done so lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We do not collect information deemed "sensitive" under the Data Protection Act 1998. Your address details (but NOT your credit card details) are retained on a restricted access system within the UK and in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. When you place an order on line we will need to know your name, address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiry date. This will allow you to pay for the items you have ordered and ensure that they are delivered to you at the correct address. We do not sell, rent or trade information about you. We follow the rules of the UK Data Protection Act 1998 which includes strict security procedures to ensure that stored information is not accessible by unauthorised persons.
Returns & Replacements
Please notify info@zoejewel.com within 48 hours should there be any problems with the goods you receive. Email info@zoejewel.com with 48 hours of receipt of goods with the details of item/items you wish to return and your order number. We will than email you back with a return number and address to send it. For your own security, we strongly recommend that you return the item/items via recorded delivery. Please ensure that you include your name, address, order and returns number with the item. Please return unworn and in original packaging. Upon receipt of your goods, we will refund or exchange the item/items returned. The postage/packaging cost is not reimbursed on retuned items. For health and hygiene reasons, no refunds or exchange are available on pierced earrings. We also cannot accept the exchange or refund of necklace and earrings sets for the same health and safety reasons. Goods must be returned to us within 10 days of receipt, after this date not under any circumstances, refund or replacement will be offered. Refund will be within 30 days of the return of the unused purchase. Lets zoejewel decision regarding condition is final..
